Development Journey
Originating from CENTEMA Center (1995), Van Lang Industrial Waste Treatment and Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd was officially established in 2000. With an initial team and beginning the pioneering journey to solve urgent environmental challenges. 2009 marked a historic turning point when Mr. Lam Tuan Quy took over and led the company, opening a transition phase towards long-term development strategy.
A period of strong transformation with comprehensive investment strategy. The company focused on buying land for warehouse (District 12) in 2013 and buying Go Vap headquarters building in 2015. Affirming the position of General Contractor with the contract for Nhon Trach 6A Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant (Total capacity 120,000 m³/day).
Inauguration of main headquarters (2017). Signed Moc Bai TMTC complex project with value >330 billion VND. This was the period when Van Lang made strong breakthroughs in execution capacity, rented additional 3,500m² workshop at VSIP 1 and achieved revenue of 400-800 billion VND/year.
Affirming brand prestige through the trust and cooperation from leading corporations from: China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand. Pioneering the application of MBBR technology and 2-stage chemical treatment meeting international standards.
Opened offices in Hanoi & Da Nang. Implemented capacity upgrade of Nhon Trach 6A to 50,000 m³/day using advanced "stacked tank" technology solution, successfully solving the land area shortage problem.
Infrastructure investment to purchase two land parcels, including 360m² on TX.25 Thạnh Xuân road for warehouse and mechanical-electrical processing, and a 980m² land parcel to meet the demand for expansion in the next phase.
Signed a contract with Tuan Loc Construction Investment Joint Stock Company for the Nhon Trach 6A industrial zone wastewater treatment plant, valued at approximately 1,500 billion VND.
Breakthrough in project scale with a contract to implement wastewater treatment, water supply, and drainage infrastructure at Moc Bài Economic Zone (Tây Ninh), with a total value of over VND 330 billion.
The headquarters of Van Lang Environmental Company at 1/1, Street No. 5 - Ward 7 - Go Vap was inaugurated.
Invest in renting a factory space of 3,500 m² at VSIP 1 Industrial Park (Binh Duong). Revenue reaches 400 - 800 billion VND per year. Pioneering the application of wastewater treatment technology using a two‑stage physicochemical process combined with biological methods.
Affirming the stature of Van Lang through cooperation with many leading corporations from the countries: China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand.
Open 2 representative offices in Hanoi and Da Nang. Increase the capacity of the XLNT KCN Nhon Trach 6A plant to 80,000 m³ per day/night. Pioneer the application of multi-level tank solutions and promote a circular economy.
