7. Pricing and Payment
Service prices will be clearly stated in quotations and contracts. Payment must be made on time as agreed. The company reserves the right to change prices but will notify customers at least 30 days in advance.
8. Service Termination
8.1 Termination by Customer
Customers have the right to terminate the contract in writing with at least 30 days' notice. In emergency cases, the notice period may be shortened while still ensuring the rights of both parties.
8.2 Termination by Van Lang Environmental Company
We reserve the right to terminate services if you seriously violate these terms or use services for illegal purposes. Before termination, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation.
9. Disclaimer
Legal Note
Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee any specific results, as processing effectiveness depends on various objective and subjective factors. Customers are responsible for evaluating and confirming all conditions before signing the contract.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes arising will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation and mediation. If mediation is not possible, disputes will be brought to the competent court in Vietnam for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the new terms.
